Report / remove content
If a listing or photograph concerns you and was published without consent, or if content violates platform rules, submit a report through support chat. Reports are reviewed free of charge.
What you can report
- a photograph published without your consent;
- a listing impersonating you or another person;
- a duplicate listing;
- an incorrect or unreachable contact, rate, district, or other material detail;
- personal data or content prohibited by platform rules;
- your own listing that you want corrected, hidden, or removed.
What to include
Provide the listing URL or number, the disputed photograph or field, the reason for the report, the action requested, and a way to reply. If available, attach proportionate evidence connecting you to the material. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment details, or unnecessary identity documents.
How to request removal of your photographs
Identify the exact images and explain why they belong to you or are being used without permission. An original image, an earlier public source, or other proportionate evidence may help. Access to disputed material may be restricted during review.
Response times
The report is registered immediately. An initial response is usually sent within 24 hours. The initial moderation decision is made within 3 business days; a complex review can take up to 7 business days. If more information is needed, support will ask in the same chat.
Possible outcomes
After review, content may be corrected, hidden, or removed. Support may also ask for clarification or decline the request with an explanation when the connection to the material or the grounds for intervention are not established.
